Regional races offer an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the thrilling world of downhill racing. These races serve as a stepping stone before taking on the Nationals, allowing you to gain valuable experience and build your skills. What's even more exciting is that many of these regional races take place in the same locations as the Nationals, meaning you might just catch a glimpse of some World Cup level racers.

To make your journey to the top even more convenient, we provide uplifts as part of your entry fee. These uplifts ensure that you and your bike effortlessly reach the summit, ready to conquer the exhilarating downhill course. And the best part? Most venues offer open camping spaces, attracting riders from all corners of the UK. So not only do you get to compete in a thrilling race, but you also get to connect with like-minded individuals.

Regional and National races span over two days, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the racing atmosphere. The beauty of regional races is that you don't require a race licence, although having one brings numerous benefits. Nationals, on the other hand, are exclusively for licence holders, showcasing the pinnacle of downhill racing. Rest assured, we have your back every step of the way.

Once entries have closed, we will send you a comprehensive Tech Doc via email. This document contains all the vital information you need, including the event schedule and parking details. We aim to keep you informed and prepared, ensuring a seamless experience. But wait, there's more! We haven't forgotten about our young and aspiring riders. Introducing our Mini races under the GO-Ride umbrella, designed specifically for ages 8 to 16.

These events provide a unique opportunity for young rippers to learn and race simultaneously. We also welcome juvenile, youth, and junior riders who may find the larger tracks a bit daunting or are just starting their downhill racing journey. These races take place over one or two days, featuring push up races on slightly smaller tracks with smaller jumps. Before hitting the track, we prioritize safety and education.

A rider brief is conducted, explaining the format for the day, track guidelines, and the flag system. We want our young riders to fully understand the rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Our dedicated team of race Marshals closely supervises the riders, guaranteeing their well-being throughout the event. We even encourage parents to participate, as we provide guidance on where to be on the hillside and how to navigate the race format. This creates a supportive and nurturing environment for our young riders, free from any intimidation.

Embark on this incredible pathway into the world of downhill racing, where you can thrive in a safe and encouraging environment. Leave any doubts behind and let your passion for racing soar. It's time to chase your dreams and embrace the exhilarating world of downhill racing.
